A copy of the technical assistance for a child carrying an inhaler was provided.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 7:50 am-9:00. There were a total of 36 children with 4 staff members present. Children were observed arriving to the program, engaged in group activities beads, water coloring, board games and legos. A selection of staff trainings, children records, medications and other documents were reviewed. There were no violations cited this date.
