This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact, virtual document review and interview.
A monitoring inspection was initiated 11/23/2021 and completed on 11/23/2021. The program was contacted by telephone and a remote inspection was completed. There were 25 children present the date of inspection under direct supervision by 3 staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programing, medication policies and procedures , special care and emergencies and nutrition. A sample of 3 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. All medications on site were also reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
