A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection took place on October 17, 2023 between the hours of approximately 8:25 a.m. and 8:55 a.m. There were 2 classrooms observed with a total of 24 children with 2 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing with legos, reading a book, and other organized activities. Positive interaction between staff and children were observed. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, and medication was conducted during this inspection. There were 5 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
