8VAC20-790 SUBSIDY REGULATIONS.
Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on February 16, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Based on record review, not all children's records reviewed contained all required information. Evidence: 1. Child 1's record did not contain work addresses for one parent. 2. Child 2's record did not contain work addresses for each parent.
