Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on September 25 2023 between 12:00pm and 1:30pm. There were 50 children in the direct care of 3 staff members. Children were observed eating lunch, washing hands, playing outside, reading, having pretend play, creating dances, and playing board games. A sampling of child records, emergency drills, supervision, and the physical plant was observed and inspected. Violations are listed on the violation notice page. Based on observation, the center did not ensure staff to child ratios were always maintained.
Evidence: At the time of inspection there was 3 staff members with 50 children. At approximately 12:35pm Staff #2 left the classrooms and returned at approximately 12:42pm.
