Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 7:45am-9:10am. There were 30 children at the start of the inspection, 18 more arrived throughout the morning, for a total of 48 children with 4 staff members. A complete inspection of the facility was conducted. A sample size of 5 children's records, 4 staff records, emergency materials, evacuation drills, the first aid kit, and one emergency medication were reviewed. The children were observed having a pool tournament, coloring fall pictures, building with Legos, playing board games, and singing songs. Based on observation and staff interview, the most recent inspection of the facility was not posted. Evidence: 1. The most recent inspection was not posted anywhere in the facility. 2. Staff #1 stated they had the most recent inspection in a binder, located in a drawer at the teacher's desk area.
