A Subsidy Health and Safety Monitoring Inspection took place on 03/10/2023 between the hours of approximately 7:55 a.m. and 8:35 a.m. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There was 1 classroom observed with a total of 28 children with 4 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed arriving to the program, reading, playing a game, and other organized activities. Positive interactions between staff and children were observed. A complete inspection of the physical plant was conducted. Children and staff records, fire drill log, medication and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. There were two medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
