Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on November 9, 2021. The supervisor was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 24 children present, ranging in ages from 5 years old to 11 years old, with 4 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on record review, children's records did not contain all required information. Evidence: 1. Child #1's record did not contain an address for one emergency contact. 2. Child #3's record did not contain documentation of an annual update.

The staff will get the missing information from the parents and update the record.

Description:
Based on observation and interview, the required first aid kits did not contain required supplies. Evidence: 1. The first aid kit was missing a First Aid Instructional Manual 2. Staff # 1 confirmed that the first aid kit was missing a First Aid Instructional Manual.

Staff will contact supervisor to place an order for a First Aid Instruction Manual.
