A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/5/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements There were 21 children present with 2 staff. Children were observed playing with robots, their personal electronic devices, reading, playing Barbies, playing with cars, playing with legos, and washing hands for snack. Reviewed 4 children's files, 2 staff files, emergency evacuation log, attendance, medications and authorizations, first aid kit and physical plant. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
