An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 1:50pm-3:20pm. There were 32 children with 3 staff. A sample size of 3 children?s records, 3 staff records, evacuation drills, emergency materials, the first aid kit, and the physical plant were reviewed. The children were observed playing video games, building with magna tiles, playing games on electronic devices, participating in gross motor activities in the gym (surprise tag), and using the restroom.
