This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A monitoring inspection was initiated on January 29, 2021and concluded on January 29, 2021. The in-charge person and other staff were contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection and very cooperative in the inspection. The staff files were available for review and staff had a system to keep Certification Info maintained. There were 19 children present and 14 staff. The Inspector was given information about each grouping as the three classes are kept closed off and this is to limit issues. The Inspector reviewed records and staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete.
