A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/24/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Today?s inspection was conducted between approximately 7:05am and 8:10am. 2 children were present with 4 staff at the beginning of the inspection. Ratios remained in compliance as children continued to arrive.The physical space, vendor and caregiver training certificates, emergency drills, emergency reunification procedures, children's records and attendance records were reviewed. Required documents were posted. Food services/policies were observed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
