A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 09/19/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at approximately 7:25 a.m. and ended at approximately 8:00 a.m. There were 5 staff with 16 children in 2 rooms at the time of the visit. Children were observed playing board games, coloring, reading, and other organized activities. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant was inspected. There was 1 medication on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
