A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was initiated on May 28, 2024 and the inspection concluded on May 28, 2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The on-site inspection began at 8:30 a.m. and ended at 8:55 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 27 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 1 staff record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and observations. There were 0 medications reviewed on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
