A Subsidy Health and Safety Monitoring Inspection took place on 05/17/2023 between the hours of approximately 7:55 a.m. and 8:40 a.m. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There was 1 classroom observed with a total of 26 children with 3 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing with blocks, creating crafts and preparing to go to breakfast. Positive interactions between staff and children were observed. A complete inspection of the physical plant was conducted. Children and staff records, fire drill log, medication and injury reports were observed during this inspection. There were 5 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
