Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/15/2022 from 3:48pm-4:50pm. There were 27 children directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. Children were observed having snack and making crafts. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Based on record review, the center did not maintain a record of the dates of practice emergency drills for one year.
Evidence: The earliest documentation of emergency drills were dated for August 2022. The center did not maintain documentation of emergency drills for the previous school year.
Plan of Correction:
The center will maintain a copy of the emergency drill records on site for the previous school year.
