An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 08/20/2019 from 9:13am - 1:00pm. A monitoring inspection was concurrently conducted as this facility is a licensed child day center. At the time of the tour 62 school age children were in care with six staff. Children were observed engaged in large motor games in gym and arts and crafts in the I-Zone. Field trip departure procedures reviewed. Lunch was additionally observed.
The inspection reviewed records for eight children and six staff. Four medication reviews completed.
