An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 05/13/2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. in conjunction with local law enforcement. The complaint was received on 04/20/2024 regarding staffing and supervision, and programs. Three staff were interviewed.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations and the complaint dispositions was, therefore, ?not valid?.
