An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted from 10:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. in conjunction with a monitoring inspection. There were 108 children in care being supervised by 22 staff members. Ten children's records were reviewed. Seven staff records were reviewed for completion of CPR, First Aid, and Virginia Pre-Service Training. An allergy list was reviewed for children enrolled with diagnosed food allergies. Allergy care plans were reviewed for children with diagnosed food allergies. The most recent lock down drill was conducted 07/17/2019.
