An unannounced Code compliance inspection was conducted today, 1/21/2020. A review of the center's handbook and enrollment forms was completed during the inspection. There are three classrooms with a total of 23 children ranging in age from 3-5 years with three staff and one administrative staff present. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact your inspector. Inspection began: 10:30 am and ended 12:30 pm.
Based on review of written information provided to the parents the center failed to include information regarding the qualifications of personnel. Evidence: 1. The center did not disclose in writing to the parents the qualifications of the staff.

The director will add this information to the enrollment forms.
