An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on March 4, 2020 from approximately 3:45 pm to 4:45pm. Three staff were present with thirty-four children. Children were observed participating in station activities, eating snack and arriving from school . Five children's records were reviewed. Staff training and required information to be maintained on site were reviewed for the three staff present.
