An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on March 04, 2020 from approximately 3:45 pm until 4:45pm. There were 34 children and 3 staff present with children. The record review sample consisted of 5 children's records and the required on site information for 3 staff. Children were observed eating snack, playing in centers and arriving from school. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover the Subsidy Health and Safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The results of the inspection were reviewed and verified with the Site Supervisor during the exit interview.
