Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review and a virtual tour of the program.
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated on 7/29/2021 and concluded on 7/30/2021. There were no children present. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Based on interview, the provider did not complete the Virginia Health and Safety Update Training for Child Care Staff by March 1, 2020. Evidence: 1. The provider stated she had not completed the training.
