An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on August 10 2022 between 12:25pm and 1:30pm. There were no children in care. A review of staffing records, previous child records, the emergency plan, evacuation drills and the physical plant was conducted. Violations are noted on the violation notice. Based on record review, 4 of 4 household records did not have updated background searches every 5 years since the date of the first check.
Evidence: Central Registry Searches for all household members were conducted on July 7, 2017.
