A monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/16/2022 with center staff and parent volunteers. There were 12 preschool children present 1 staff and 3 parent volunteers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 3 parent volunteer records were reviewed. The children had a fall festival and were playing outdoors.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
