A monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/06/2023 with the center director and 2 parent volunteers. There were 14 children present, ranging in ages from 3 years to 4 years. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records, 1 staff record, and 4 parent volunteer records were reviewed. The children were listening to a story, eating lunch, and having a music lesson.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
