Based on record review and interview, staff who work directly with children did not complete the department's health and safety update course. Evidence: 1. There was no documentation of the completed health and safety update course for Staff #2. 2. The director confirmed Staff #2 had not completed the updated health and safety course.
Plan of Correction:
I will have the staff complete the course by tomorrow, 4/12/24.
