An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 23, 2019 from approximately 7:25 am until 8:18 am. Upon entrance there were 35 children and 3 staff present with children. The record review sample consisted of 5 children's records and the required on site documentation for 3 staff records. Children were observed playing in centers to include,playing games, arts and crafts, music and bus pick up. The results of the inspection were reviewed and verified with the Site Supervisor during the exit interview. There were no areas of non-compliance noted during the inspection.
