An unannounced monitoring was conducted on November 18, 2022 from approximately 8:09 am-8:50 am. There were 30 children present upon arrival with 2 staff members. Children were observed playing basketball, coloring and building block station . Two staff records and three children's records were reviewed . Licensing Inspector reviewed indoor areas, supervision, activities, equipment, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency procedures and required posting.
Information gathered during the inspection determined the center is in compliance and there are no violations issued to the program.
