Discussed the concern with storage of chairs , tables , shelves and other items that are stacked on top of each other possible hazards to the children/staff during before and after school.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 12/09/2022 and concluded on 12/13/2022. There were 16_ children present with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 7:30am and concluded at 8:34 am.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
