Technical Assistance was offered regarding medication forms and shelter in place drills.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:20am to 12:40pm. There were 4 students present with 7 staff members. The remainder of the group of students were in a field trip. The students were observed preparing for lunch, washing hands and engaged in one on one activities with staff present. 6 student's records and 4 staff records were reviewed. There were medications for two students. Emergency drill records were reviewed. There were no violations cited during this inspection.
