Comments:
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 4/10/2024.There were 34 children present with 5 staff supervising. The children were observed during classroom time engaged in various centers, morning opening time, and teacher led activities. A total of 5 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 10:05 am and concluded at 11:30 am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on record review and staff interview, the center did not maintain a record for each child that contained the following information:
Evidence: The record for child #2 (start date 8/4/2023) did not include documentation of viewing proof of the child's identity and age.
Plan of Correction:
The center obtained identity documentation.
