An unannounced, mandated monitoring inspection was conducted today. The inspector arrived at 12:45 PM and departed at 2:00 PM. Lunch service and nap time were observed. A sample size of five children's records and three caregiver/household records were reviewed. It was reported that no medication is administered to children in care and no children's injuries were reported.
An exit meeting was conducted with the provider prior to closure of the inspection.
