Child protective services central registry searches were discussed with the provider. Updates have been requested, however results are taking longer than 30 days. the provider will follow-up with the office of background investigations and document needed actions.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 05/21/2020 and concluded on 05/29/2020. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 6 children, totaling 12 points, present and 1 staff. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 staff records submitted by the provider to ensure documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs. An exit meeting was conducted with the provider prior to closure of the inspection.
