A monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/16/2023 with center management. There were 35 children present, ranging in ages from 3 years to 12 years, with 4 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 0 staff records were reviewed. The children had water play day and then played board games, legos and other manipulatives.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
