This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using a combination of alternate remote protocol, telephone contacts, documentation review, interviews and an on site tour of the program.
A code compliance inspection was initiated and concluded on October 15, 2021. The in-charge person was contacted and the inspection was conducted. There were 38 children present, ranging in ages from infant to five years old, with ten staff supervising. An additional 23 children ages two and three years old were on a field trip at the time of the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of five staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
