An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 9:30 a.m. and ending at 11:00 a.m. with the director. There were 83 children in care ranging in age from 2.5 years to 5 years of age under the care and supervision of 16 staff. Children were observed during circle time, physical education and story time. Center documents and 21 staff records were reviewed.
