Comments:
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/7/2022 and concluded on 6/7/2022. There were seven children present with two staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records and two staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
Based on interview, the provider failed to purchase a carbon monoxide detector.
Evidence:
The provider stated the home does not have a carbon monoxide detector.
Plan of Correction:
The provider will purchase a carbon monoxide detector for the home.
