An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 from approximately 10:30 AM until 11:50 AM to follow-up on the submitted Intensive Plan of Correction. During the inspection, the licensing inspector observed the following ratios for a total of 20 children: Threes: 11 children with 2 staff. Fours: 9 children with 1 staff. During the inspection, the licensing inspector reviewed policy and procedures shared with parents, guardians and made available to the public. Four staff records were reviewed.
