A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/31/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 5 children, ages 2 years-4 years, totaling 10 points and one provider present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 children's record and one provider record during the inspection. The provider stated that there is no medication being administered at this time. Children were observed in the following activities: playing with Play-Dough, in free choice activities and during lunch. The inspector reviewed the emergency preparedness plans and the emergency supplies during the inspection. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
