Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/2/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 18 children in care of 2 staff members. The children were observed playing with tablets, eating snack and paying with other toys. Medications were reviewed along with children's records. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Based on staff interview, the center did not maintain an allergy list for children enrolled. Evidence: Staff # 1 stated that they did not have an allergy list.
