A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/5/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 10 children present with 2 staff. Children were observed crocheting, washing hands, playing age appropriate video games, using a tablet, and playing with legos. Reviewed 4 children's files, 2 staff files, emergency evacuation log and plan, first aid kit, attendance and physical plant. There were no medications on site. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
