A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/4/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 56 children present with 5 staff. Children were observed painting, coloring, playing checkers, building with legos, washing hands, reading quietly and playing flag football with 4 other facilities on the field. Reviewed 5 children's files, 5 staff files, emergency evacuation log and supplies, medications and authorizations, playground safety plan, and physical plant. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
