A mandated Monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 56 children present with 5 staff. Children were observed painting, coloring, playing checkers, building with legos, washing hands, reading quietly and playing flag football with 4 other facilities on the field. Reviewed 5 children's files, 5 staff files, emergency evacuation log and supplies, medications and authorizations, playground safety plan, and physical plant.
