An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted during the after school session. Observed 45 children in two rooms with 3 staff present. Children were engaged in free play with Legos, a yarn art project, homework and playing with room supplies. Reviewed four children records, emergency medication on-site staff trainings and emergency preparation. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
