An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 07/22/2019 from 11:10am - 2:20pm. A monitoring inspection was conducted concurrently as this facility is a licensed child day center. At the time of the tour there were 41 children in care with 9 staff. Children were observed during lunch and nap. Records reviewed for ten children and four staff.
