An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 10:30am-11:30am. A sample of 5 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed singing, engaged in an art project, eating and learning. Three new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Based on record review, out of state background searches were not conducted for a staff member.
Evidence: An out of state Central Registry search, Criminal History search and sex offender search were not conducted for Staff A.
