The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and two caregiver records were reviewed. The inspectors interacted with the provider and children in care. An additional child arrived later giving the provider a total of 16 points.
