Comments:
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted today to review supplemental health and safety requirements not covered in the licensing regulations. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date, and the two inspections combined cover all SHSI requirements. An area of non-compliance with the supplemental SHSI requirements was found. Based on records reviewed and interview conducted, a caregiver did not complete an annual health and safety training required for the childcare subsidy program. Evidence: Caregiver #1 last completed the training course on 12/ 26/22.
Plan of Correction:
The caregiver said she would complete the training.
