This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on September 15, 2020 concluded on September 17, 2020. The designated person in charge was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were no children present and no staff. The center is closed due to a health pandemic. There were 29 children and 4 staff present on the last operating day, March 13, 2020. The inspector emailed the designated person in charge a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
